Illam new Admissions 2023 sees younger children from age six

Last year, we had Fifty Five children on the roll. Six of them have completed their Higher Secondary Course–II Year and were discharged from the Illam. Of these six, three have joined a Nursing course and one boy is studying for a Diploma in Catering course. Two others are waiting to choose their higher studies.

The selection and admission process for the year 2023-2024 was started in the month of April 2023, and twelve new children (eight boys and four girls) have been admitted to the Illam.

Out of the 12 children admitted, two children are studying below Year 5. We used to admit only children from 11 to 18 years, but as per new admission policies, we are now accepting children from the age of 6.
